With support of the Annie E Casey Foundation, the Featherstone CorporateInternship program creates economic opportunities for traditionally underrepresented communities in Baltimore City to pursue higher education and receive paid, professional internships to mitigate student-reported choices between unpaid, fieldwork or paid positions without professional gains.
